Day One Schedule
You will have pre-arranged instructions by email to make your way independently to Yoga House, or Mar will meet you in Chiang Mai ancient town to guide you.
Welcome, Yoga And Meditation
You will have time to relax and settle into your room before your two hour introductory yoga and meditation session.
Depending on your level of experience, Mar will guide you in a gentle practice to suit.
Evening Meal Followed By An Introduction To Thai Yoga Massage
Enjoy a healthy and nutritious vegetarian meal at Yoga House, then spend the evening learning about the art of Thai Massage. Mar is an experienced Yoga masseuse, who has trained at Shivagakomarpaj, the Old Medicine Hospital of Chiang Mai. Thai Yoga Massage is known to compliment yoga practice, stretching the muscles to enable better levels of energy during your exercises. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and experience the traditional Thai massage.

Sleep In Traditional Thai Style At Yoga House
You will sleep in a traditional wooden house, which has mosquito nets, en suite toilet and outdoor bathroom facilities.
Day Two Schedule
Breakfast, Followed By Morning Yoga And Meditation
Enjoy an early start to the day with a light, vegetarian breakfast, followed by two hours of morning yoga and meditation.
Spend your time thereafter relaxing, or if you want to explore the surrounding area there are many interesting things to see. We will provide you with more information about the sights on our doorstep, which includes woodcarving workshops, fruit orchards, rice fields and farmland. You’ll easily capture the essence of the Thai countryside during your stay and there are excellent photo opportunities all around.
Lunch at Yoga House
Enjoy a vegetarian meal at Yoga House before your journey deeper into the jungle.
Drive To Mae Sa Pok Waterfall (South Spot)
You will drive to the hill tribe village ‘Karen Eco Village’, which is a remote and very beautiful area of Chiang Mai. With a small population, this conservation area has a very special and pure energy, ideal for taking time out from a busy lifestyle or hectic city living.
Camp In The Jungle
You can choose to sleep in a traditional village hut in jungle, beside the waterfall, or camp in the rice fields nearby.
Breakfast, Swimming, Yoga And Meditation At Mae Sa Pok Waterfall
It’s a morning of beautiful scenic spots, as we take breakfast and time to swim at Mae Sa Pok Waterfall (south spot), followed by another stunning waterfall a short ride away in the north spot.
Drive to the second location, which makes an excellent photo opportunity, and enjoy your yoga and meditation practice in the most tranquil surrounding.
Your final night is spent sleeping at Yoga House, with an evening meal lit with lanterns, entertainment and a party atmosphere.
In the morning a light breakfast and final yoga session with Ma concludes your retreat, before driving back to the old city of Chiang Mai.
