Are you ready to take your yoga practice to the next level?

Yoga House 30 hour yoga foundation training program is open to all students who would like to deepen their knowledge of yoga, improve their yoga practice, and to learn more about themselves. At the end of the 30 hours training, you will receive a certified certificate, to teach yoga basics to beginners.

Our goal is to assist you in creating abundance within yourself, and support you in this journey.

What to expect:

The training program commences on a Monday morning, and finishes on the morning of the following Sunday.

Each day offers a focus, designed to bring you a deeper understanding in your own practice. Sessions will alternate between asana practice, meditation sessions, thai massage workshops, transfiguration, sound healing and each evening we will discuss a different topic within yoga.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is provided daily. These are vegetarian meals, and vegan options are available. Please advise us in advance in any dietary requirements you may have.

Schedule outline:

Sunday afternoon:

You will receive instructions by email to make your way independently to Yoga House, or you can arrange with Ma to meet you in Chiang Mai Old Town, and he will pick you up.

You will have time to relax and settle into your room, and explore the surroundings. Following an introductory mediation session. Enjoy the evening around the fire, getting to know one another. Light refreshments are provided.

Monday:

8:00 Smoothies all round. Enjoy a delicious fruit smoothie to start your day off right.

9:00 – 11:00 Dive deeper in your yoga practice, with a 2 hour yoga session.

12 Noon You will be hungry. Lunch is provided, and time for rest.

14:00 – 16:00 Yoga practice. Develop your technique in the asana you wish to work on.

17:00 Dinner will be provided.

19:00 – 20:00 Meditation. Discussion. What does yoga really mean? The ins, and outs.

Tuesday:

0800: Breakfast smoothie

09:00 – 11:00 Yoga practice.

12 Noon Lunch, and rest.

14:00 – 16:00 Yoga practice, continue to develop your technique.

17:00 Dinner.

19:00 – 20:00 Meditation, learning about the benefits of pranayama. Dissect the asana. Discussion – What are your limiting beliefs, what is holding you back in following your dreams?

08:00 Breakfast smoothie.

09:00 – 11:00 Yoga practice.

12 Noon: Lunch.

14:00 – 16:00 Yoga practice. Thai Massage workshop.

17:00 Dinner

19:00 – 20:00 The Chakra system, Meditation.

20:00 Movie night.

Thursday:

08:00 Breakfast smoothie.

09:00 -11:00 Yoga practice.

12 Noon: Lunch, and rest.

14:00 – 16:00 Yoga and meditation practice.

17:00 Dinner.

19:00 – 20:00 Discussion: Meditation.

20:00 Rest.

Friday:

08:00 Breakfast smoothie.

09:00 – 11:00 Yoga practice.

12 Noon: Lunch.

14:00 – 1600 Yoga practice. Thai Massage. Transfiguration (optional)

17:00 Dinner

19:00 – 20:00 Yoga Exam. Meditation.

20:00 Enjoy the evening, lit with lanterns.

Saturday:

8:00 – 9:00 Yoga practice.

09:00 Breakfast.

10:00 Drive to one of the beautiful waterfalls in Chiang Mai in the beauty spending the day there.

Sunday:

09:00 Breakfast.

10:00 Ma will drive back to Chiang Mai city and drop you off.
